The fundamental principle L.O.U. is built on is that of advocacy. Whether it be for individuals and their families, salary increases for direct support professionals, or changes in legislation; L.O.U. takes it’s role as a advocate most seriously. As such L.O.U. has been fortunate to have bipartisan support as we work daily to ensure the needs and rights of people with developmental disabilities.
